1. Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Because many of our products involve international sourcing, custom designs, or specialized production, delivery times vary based on the item type:

• Standard & International Orders: It typically takes 10 to 12 business days for standard international shipments and custom designs to be processed, crafted, and delivered to your doorstep.

• Customized Articles: Fully personalized or tailored custom articles require extra attention to detail and can take 12 to 15 business days for production and delivery.

2. Business Days Definition

Business days are classified as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next immediate business day.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As an international brand, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of Aethilred.

4. Order Tracking

Once your Aethilred order has been crafted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
