business days, made to your details
Some of our pieces are made to order or sourced internationally, so delivery time depends on the item. Custom work takes a little longer because it needs extra attention to detail.
2. What Counts as a Business Day
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing on the next business day.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes: On Us
Shipments can be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of Aethilred, so the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Track Your Order
Once your order is crafted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use it to follow your shipment in real time.
