Selecting the right size is immensely important because replacement shipping charges vary from 30 $ to 40$ depending upon the shipping destination in the world.
If the size you have selected doesn't fit you well, there will be replacement charges of 50$-60$ for other destinations of the world, so selecting the size wisely is very very important.

Refund due to sizing issue will be issued after deducting shipping charges even if the shipping is set FREE due to a promotion or else.

Shipping Policy:
Most of our jackets are Pre-Sale and if your required size is not in stock, we will make it and ship over to you. Hence the shipping and delivery cycle takes 3-7 working days unless there is an exception. Custom made jackets not in stock are usually shipped from our factory in Asia through reliable services. Sometimes a jacket could be shipped from within UK or USA through postal services such as USPS.

Usually the delivery time for UK shipments is 3-5 working days while international delivery may take 7-14 working days depending upon the destination to EU or USA.

We ship to confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt, this is for safety reasons for buyers and us. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier depot for wrong address or buyers non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/stocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges.

We also request our buyers to let us know their contact during the checkout process or message as separately as we require that for shipping and delivery purpose only. Your phone numbers are never shared with anyone except the courier company, who what that to contact you prior to delivery a product to your given address.

Please pay within same day of buying the product, non-paying buyers will be reported to the eBay.

We reserve the right to cancel any offer or issue refund if we believe that the transection is deemed suspicious or could be harmful in any sense to both buyer and seller.

Refund/Return Policy:
We have 14 days returns and refund policy. Items must be sent back in unused condition with all tags attached.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or accept return of used items replacement shipping charges are to be paid by buyer unless we have sent a faulty or significantly not as described items. Refunds due to wrong size selection, did not like the item, change my mind etc., will be issued after deducting shipping amount even if the original shipping is FREE due to any promotion because the shipping is apparently paid by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item.

Disclaimer:
If your address is in remote area, where DHL do not deliver direct, Then you will have to pay extra 30-40$ on top of the Freight cost. We will only get to know when we book with DHL, if DHL confirm remote area we will ask buyers to pay extra cost.
